Join us for a fun and creative morning of photography at the WSU Extension Skagit County Master Gardener Discovery Garden in Mount Vernon.
October 3 | 10:00 AM–1:00 PM 16602 State Route 536 (Memorial Hwy), Mount Vernon, WA 98273
We’ll be joined by Master Gardener Shirley Chapman, who will share her knowledge of the garden and help us better understand the plants, textures, colors, and details we’ll be photographing.
With 33 different garden areas—including the Shade Garden, Cool Color Garden, Japanese Garden, and Fall & Winter Garden—there will be plenty to explore and photograph.
Bring your camera, your favorite lens, and come ready to slow down, look a little closer, and find creative inspiration in the garden. Whether you enjoy flowers, macro photography, landscapes, or simply spending time photographing with other PPW members, there should be something for everyone.
