Learn from the Best

Don’t just enter—watch the judging! Our competitions are open to the public, and sitting in on the process is one of the most valuable learning experiences available. Even if you don’t have entries, you’ll gain insight into exactly what judges are looking for. 

The panel consists of PPA-approved jurors—some of the finest photographers in the industry—dedicated to helping raise the bar for professional photography. They use a 100-point scoring system to evaluate each image. View the Scoring Card (PDF)
