Led by photographer and facilitator Lara Grauer, this all-day virtual session will walk you through a proven quarterly review process. You’ll examine key areas of your business—sales, bookings, and marketing—and use that data to celebrate wins, identify growth opportunities, and set achievable, strategic goals for the next quarter.
This is not a passive webinar or lecture. You’ll engage in a series of guided reflections and focused work blocks, alternating between small-group discussion and solo planning time.
Whether you’re a portrait, wedding, or specialty photographer, this session will help you:
- Reflect on what worked (and what didn’t) in the last quarter
- Pinpoint trends and insights from your own business data
- Create a clear, customized action plan for the next 3 months
