Don’t head home after Innovate just yet! Stay for the PPW Business Institute, a focused day designed to help you reset your mindset and strengthen your photography business for the year ahead.
The morning begins with motivational speaker and formal professional athlete, Joe Thornton presenting “See Ball, Get Ball: Adopting the Athletic Mindset.” In this powerful and interactive 2–3 hour workshop, Joe will guide photographers through a process of clarifying priorities, eliminating distractions, and identifying the goals that truly matter in their businesses. Drawing on lessons from athletics, leadership, and professional development, Joe challenges participants to adopt a disciplined mindset and commit to intentional growth. By the end of the session, you’ll have defined three clear business goals and built a focused plan for achieving them.
In the afternoon, the Business Institute shifts from inspiration to implementation. Participants will roll up their sleeves and spend time working directly on their own businesses—reviewing metrics, pricing strategies, and sales systems while preparing materials for upcoming PPW proficiency evaluations. Bring your laptop and business data, because this is working time designed to help you turn ideas into action.
Held at Breshears Professional Photography studio in Spokane, the Business Institute can be attended as a standalone event or as the perfect follow-up to the Innovate Conference.
